These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Paris Driver VIP and its clients for the provision of passenger transport services.
Paris Driver VIP offers the following services:
Rates are shown in euros, all taxes included. They are firm and final at the time of booking. Paris Driver VIP reserves the right to change its rates at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking.

Payment can be made:
Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Late cancellation: Less than 24 hours before the service: 50% of the amount charged.
No-show: If the client is absent: 100% of the amount charged.
Paris Driver VIP undertakes to provide quality service with well-maintained vehicles and professional chauffeurs. Our liability is covered by professional civil liability insurance.
Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@parisdrivervip.fr within 7 days of the service.
